Back To School at Ecole P @ Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya

It's been a while since my last gathering with the gals so what better way to meet up at Ecole P. I had read good reviews about this cafe so I was really looking forward to this visit. For those who do not know, the name of their cafe is actually French for school for 'Ecole' and 'P' stands for primary. In short...'Primary School'.

Ecole P is located on the first floor.

Walking up the flight of stairs you'll be greeted with cute and creative deco.

Primary school & classroom is the theme of this cafe.

Snacks and assorted junk food at the counter, equipped like the school cafeteria.

Shelves are stocked with writing utensils, booklets and even tiny trophies for display.

The cafe comes with free wi-fi for all gadget users.

Booked a table for 7 pax, which is advisable if you come with a big group of friends.

Love these when I was younger....and still do as an adult. ^^

There's a glass jar on every table with all sorts of hand-made signage.

Depicting what we used to say when we were in primary school.

Love the creativeness in designing the cafe.

Every table has this cute mini school bag hung on the side.

There's a reason for it.....

Yup...pencil case....which is meant to keep the utensils.

It's an adorable concept to store the forks and spoons.

'Sponge Square' and 'Doraemon' (RM8.90 Each)

Presentation for the beverages that comes in a tin container.

Great way to 'take away' if you can't finish your drink.

Malay Teacher (RM14) Double - for 2 Pax

Sweet syrup comes in a mini baby bottle.

We find it amusing when we saw this.

My order for 'Signature Hot' (Hot Chocolate) comes with an even bigger milk bottle.

Very cute & amusing concept to have hot milk served in a baby bottle.

Citrus Salad (RM8.90).

The salad was remarkably fresh, sweet and colourful.

Even the plastic plates were colourful as well. ^^

Bangers and Mash (RM7.90)

Chicken sausage served with mashed potato and brown sauce.

Chicken Chop (RM16.90)

Meat is tender and succulent, defiantly worth giving this a try.

Their special salad & mash potato are superb!

Chicken Tandoori Sandwich (MYR 17.90).

Not sure bout the taste since my friend ordered this.

The chicken tandoori is a bit spicy but she's seems to enjoy this dish.

Served with sweet potato chips, and their special salad.

Fish with Asparagus (RM18.90).

Pan fried fish served with mashed potato, asparagus and sauté vegetables.

A healthier choice from the menu.

For desserts, we have 'Ninja Turtle' (Pandan) and 'Goofy' (Vanilla).

Both are delightfully creamy and yummy.

Highly recommended to try 'Goofy' if you have to choose one.

Random sweets are given after paying. ^^

It's been a while since I went back to my school and this place reminded me of my fond memories of school life.

Nevertheless, we have an enjoyable time here, and talking bout our fond memories we have back in the good old days in school. A great place for gatherings or hang out with your buddy.
