Lunch & Dessert at The Waterfront - Desa Park City

I've finally get to meet up with two of my close friends whom I've not met since the lockdown. We decided to have our small reunion at The Waterfront Desa Park City. 

We have our lunch at Amelio Cafe. 

Coffee & Tiramisu Cake at Alexis Bistro @ The Gardens Mall

I often passed by Alexis whenever I walk around at The Gardens Mall. 

I used to dine at Bangsar but this round I'm here for their dessert. 

It's my first visit here and the ambiance is pretty cozy despite the restaurant was full. 

Alexis offers an extensive menu of local as well as international flavors.

They offer set lunch if you here between 11am to 3pm.

Alexis is well known for its dessert, especially their Tiramisu & Cheesecake. We only ordered 1 Tiramisu cake to share. I personally love the crunchy topping on the cake, one of the best Tiramisu cake I've ever had. 

Got to enjoy the cake with a cup of coffee 😀

Would have loved to have another cake but we were too full from our heavy meal earlier. 

The total bill for 1 cake & 2 coffee 🔽 

Got to admit it's a bit pricey after adding the service charge 😅

Overall the service here is excellent and the cake is delicious!  

I would definitely come back again for their dessert 😁

Pancake & Coffee at Coffee Stain by Joseph @ Solaris Dutamas | Publika

There is nothing better than having a cup of coffee and dessert after a meal.  Buddy & I took a short walk after having our brunch at Pan & Tamper and headed to Coffee Stain.

There's a signboard featuring their Golden Boba pancake outside their cafe. Looks like Boba is in a trend nowadays. 

Their breakfast on the menu looks good 😁

We came here for their dessert so it took a while for us to decide because there were so many choices (would like to order 2 but my friend was a bit full after our brunch). 

As always, I must have daily dosage of coffee.

 Ordered their Latte Machiatto...

....while my friend has the Brown Sugar Cold Brew Latte. I usually prefer hot coffee over cold drinks (not sure why). Tried a sip of her drink and it's so refreshing when drinking on a hot humid day. Regardless I still prefer my smooth and milky flavor of a latte. 

The pancake on their menu looks tempting so we ordered a plate of Japanese Souffle Pancake to share, with an additional top-up of mix berries. 

I missed the pancake I had in Japan so I tried shaking the pancake to see if it moves 😆

Although I shouldn't' compare to the one I had in Japan, this considered the next best thing 😁

I will be back again for their Big Breakfast as well as trying out their boba drinks in my next visit.

Bisou Bake Shop @ Suria KLCC

Although Valentines day is over but thought of getting some belated gift for my friends. Wasn't sure what to get for the gals but came across Bisou Bake Shop while walking around in KLCC . 

Free Scoop Night At Baskin Robins

I didn't know there was a free scoop night on the day until my cousin informed us about it while having dinner together on our usual Saturday night out.

We were having our dinner in Atria Shopping Mall at the time. 

Turn out it was free scoop night from Baskin Robins.

Talking about good timing.  

A long line of people is to be expected. 

To be honest I usually don't line up if there's a long queue regardless what it is. It just happened that my niece was with me and my family were doing groceries shopping so it was a good excuse to share some bonding moment with my niece at the time.  

We queued up for 15 minutes before getting our queue number. 

Choose any flavour of your choice.

As always I only choose my favourite Vanilla flavour. 

I know its boring but I love it. 

Defiantly a sweet treat that day :)

Sweet Petite Dessert at "Xiao By Crustz" @ Happy Mansion, PJ Section 17

Last weekend we went to try out a new place @ Xiao by Crustz at Happy Mansion neighbourhood.  I'm glad I came here with my friend for our afternoon tea. 

Although the cafe is small but its cozy. Seats are limited and you might need to wait for your turn. The seats near the window only caters for 2 people while the bigger table near the counter are limited too. If you have more than 4 people, you may have to come early. We came when the shop opened and 15 minutes later the place was packed. Fortunately we came early to secure a nice seat near the counter.

Desserts on counter, as well as homemade jam.

Everything look so artistic and colourful on display. 

Sweet Treat at Baskin Robbins @ Tropicana City Mall

Got a sweet treat from my little niece at Baskin Robbins. 

It's time like this I get to enjoy some quality time with my two nieces.

And of course not forgetting satisfying my craving for something sweet. 

Looks like I've to watch my intake for sweet stuff this year. 

 I've been eating loads of sweet stuff lately since Christmas. >.<

Hopefully I get to stick to my resolution for this year!

Sweet Treat at "Swich Cafe" @ Atria Shopping Mall

Lately I've been craving for something sweet.

Not sure it's because of the holiday season or my sweet tooth.

Just looking at all these cakes on display can tempt anyone for a slice of cake. ^^

Love the colourful bear on display.

A cozy corner to hangout with friends. 

Red Rose Latte. Overall the latte has a light flavour to it, which I like although some may not enjoy it for those who prefer stronger flavour. 

And yes, they're real red rose petal on our drinks. 

And there's a hint of rose flavours with it when we drank it. 

Taste pretty good and I love the smell of roses. 

We love the cups that was served with our drinks :)

A slice of Japanese Salted Caramel cake to share. 

Smooth, fluffy and a bit salty but it's pretty nice...although it was my first time trying it.

There're other cakes that we wish to try but we were too full after a heavy meal. 

Overall, Swich is a nice cafe for a cup of coffee (and cakes) with friends or family.
