Afternoon Tea at 'Tea Verandah' @ Atria Shopping Gallery

I'm not a fan of tea and usually prefer coffee over tea anytime of the day. However when buddy and I came across a two-tier Tea set at Tea Verandah, we thought we would try something new for a change instead of our usual coffee stop. 

Tea Verandah turned out to be a quaint little cafe that serves a wide variety of tea.

We spotted the owner's cat resting on the side of the cafe.

The list of tea at Tea Verandah menu is long. 

We have a tough time deciding which tea to choose from. 

Various of small container of tea leafs. Not an expert in tea so I left it to buddy to decide. 

We waited quite a while for our tea set and the owner came over to apologise for the delay due to shortage of staff and hence offered us some home made cookies for the long wait. It was a nice gesture and the cookie taste pretty good. 

Initially we wanted to try Tea Verandah but it was sold out and opted for a healthy choice - Sexy Healthy Me, which supposedly help for detox/slimming. 

Love the presentation of their two-tier tea set. 

Everything came in mini version but it was enough for 2 for tea break.

All in all, Tea Veranda is a nice place where one could lay back and relax after a long walk in the mall. Although I'm not a fan of tea but I guess drinking tea once in a while do helps to soothe the mind.
