Short Trip Back to Seremban & Port Dickson

If you're expecting less traffic when travelling on the 3rd day of Chinese New Year, you're so wrong.
At the 2nd Seremban toll, it took more than 20 minutes to get pass this...and this is with Smart Tag.

Even after you passed the toll, this is what you'll see. >.<

After one and the half hour on the road, we've finally arrived at my friend's place.
It was time to dig in to all the wonderful tit bits.

And there's a little gambling session with friends.
A 'must' during Chinese New Year.
So far for this year I only lose RM1. ^0^

Time for 'Yue Sang'!
My favorite dish...only available during Chinese New Year.
So far this is the first time we have Yue Sang at my friend's place.

'Lou Sang' time. Huat ah! ^^

This visits to my friend's place I received 3 ang pow (Super Huat).
The good thing about being single. LOL!

After 'lou sang', it was time we head off to our next destination...Port Dickson.
However, Port Dickson was super jam and it took us longer than usual to arrived at our destination.

Our destination is  a one night stay at Thistle Port Dickson Resort & Spa.
Let just say we pretty much spend our time in the hotel to relax and enjoy the facility.
Will write a review of this hotel soon.

In the evening, decided to take a slow drive around the town.

For dinner, we initially planned to go Weng Yin Seafood Village since I read a lot of good write up about this restaurant and it was not far from the hotel. However, since it was Chinese New Year, the place was  packed and people were lining up waiting for tables. T^T

In the end, we went to another restaurant nearby, which is Restaurant Jing Ji. However, the service here was terrible and the waiting time was ridiculous. It took them more than an hour to have our food served. By the time we finished our dinner, it was past 10.30pm. Let's just say we left the restaurant with a bad expression. Would not recommend to come here if the place is packed. Not sure if this is the norm during Chinese New Year.

Went back to the hotel after dinner and continued relaxing in the room.
That's pretty much how I spent the day in Port Dickson. ...just chilling out.
