Travel Blog: Korea's Everland Resort Amusement Park

We have checked the weather forecast before deciding the day to come to Everland since we were in Seoul for 5 days. You wouldn't want to come to an amusement park on a wet day would you?

For details how to get to Everland, you can click here to read my post how I get here.

Lady luck was with us when there was a Buy 1 Free 1 Ticket promotion!
And we don't need to use the discount coupon at all.

Beautiful tulips greeted us when we entered the theme park.

Tulip Festival in Everland during the period when we were there.
There were Tulip everywhere!

Remember to get a map when you're there. It's useful for you to decide on the routes since the place is huge! If you're planning to plan ahead, click here to view their latest update of Everland resort guide and map.

Went to check out the gift shop (briefly) before we took off.

Hello Magical Tree!

Spotted Pororo 3D Adventure but decided to check out later.

Took the Sky Cruise to another part of the park.

Took a mini train ride once we arrived.

The other side of the park is the European Adventure zone with structure replicas of a Holland Village.

Long queue (an hour) at T-Express, a mega roller-coaster which is the world's steepest wooden coaster. We were excited and  terrified at the same time. It was a long wait to ride a minute roller coaster. Should have packed some snacks/food in our backpack while waiting. >.<  It was defiantly worth the time to queue cause at the end of the ride, we can't stop talking about the thrilled ride!

After our ride at T-Express, Rolling X-Train roller coaster wasn't as terrifying at all.

What’s an amusement park without a parade? ^^

Double Rock Spin, a 360 degree rotational machine. And I thought T-Express was scary, this was more terrifying than T-Express!!!

Lights lit up when night fall.
The surrounding looks calmer and prettier when at night....agree?

We stayed back to watch fireworks when the sky turned dark. We have thought that the fireworks would be held near at entrance but it was actually at the other side of the park!!! We rushed back and managed to get a glimpse of the fire works in time!

Once the fireworks ended, it was another long queue to take the sky cruise back to the other side.

We came to realize at the end of the day that there was a Zootopia. >.<
We spent so much of our time queuing and riding all the thrilled rides, somehow we have missed this part.
Argh!!!! (T.T)

Time to bid farewell to Everland.

To get back to the Gangnam station, take the same route back as how u arrived at Everland and take the bus #5002.

Our visit to Everland Resort have been fun (despite missing out visits to Zootopia) and it's highly recommended not only for the kids but for the young-at-heart too. :)
