One Night Stay @ Grand Lexis Port Dickson Resort

Stayed a night in Grand Lexis Port Dickson on Boxing day...complimentary from my cousin and his wife. ^^ Have been wanting to stay here since this is a private resort with indoor swimming poor in each room *Grin*. Would have not stay here for the full price if not for the Groupon promotion.

The view of Grand Lexis Building. The building next to this is actually called Lexis Hotel. Better check carefully before you park cause we have the same experience when we wanted to park our car.

Finally we get to check-in to the hotel. 

Sadly we were given at the garden wing rather that the sea view. 

I guess one can't complain once we check the room out.

Biggest highlight in this room is the 'mini' indoor swimming pool.

It was lunch time and decided to head to the resort's cafeteria for our meal.

It was empty when we arrived. 

As I was hungry, I ordered Nasi Goreng from their menu. 

It was surprisingly good and quite a big portion. 

My cousin ordered Seafood noodle soup. Quite a big bowl with loads of seafood in it. 

However, if possible, do search around the area to eat rather than eating here as it's expensive.

Having your meal here cost over RM100 for 4 dishes for 4 pax. @.@

Outdoor Swimming pool in the resort.

They are a number of things you can do to chill out at this resort, especial for kids. 

However, they are not free since you need to pay for it. >.<

The sea view villa. Wished we could stay in one of these villa. 

It's relaxing to walk around and I have seen some guest jogging around. 

My eldest niece decided to cycle around, with me following behind her >.< 

*LOL. A good exercise for both of us.*

Sadly breakfast was not provided but we have our breakfast next to the resort at Lexis hotel. Cost RM25 per pax for a buffet breakfast rather than RM45 at Grand Lexis. We have a hearty breakfast for all before we bid farewell after we check out the room before 12pm. 

Overall, it was a wonderful bonding time with my nieces and my family since it's been ages we travel together as a family. Will I come back again to stay in this resort? The answer is Yes and No. Yes if there is another promotion such as the groupon purchase and NO because of the high price tag to stay for one night in this resort. Nevertheless, I have a great time spending my boxing day with family :)
