Bali Trip Day 4: Twin Lake, Ulun Danu Temple, Bali Strawberry, Tanah Lot

Continued with my Bali trip on Day 4 :)

Started the day with a hearty breakfast in the hotel before the tour begins.

Dedy took us to a place to try Babi Gulling, or suckling pig, which is one of the famous food in Bali. He took us to one of the place which is often visited by the local.

Rice topped with suckling pig skin, grilled sausage, grilled pork, veggies, deep-fried pork, and possible pork or chicken skewer. Since we have a hearty breakfast, we didn't eat much cause we were still full. The food was good, but some may hesitate to try this dish as the meat that was left unattended were flocked with flies! @.@ *Fortunately for us....no tummy upset*

What better way to wash up with a cool drink.

Our trip continues to the twin lakes (Danau Tamblingan and Danau Buyan).
The view was awesome!

If you like to have your photo taken with the animals, you can do so...with a small fee. My friends and I were happy to watch.

Next stop is to Ulun Danu Temple.

Beautiful place, a must see for all travellers.

Grab ourselves some snack before we left. Fortunately Dedy was with us to translate some of the snacks that the shop was selling.

On our way down from the mountain, we stumbled a Bali Strawberry Farm and Restaurant and decided to have our lunch here.

Strawberry Juice, sweet!

Our main course. The food is good, especially the strawberry pizza (although we find it kinder weird having it as pizza).

It was a long drive to Tanah Lot Temple so it was good that we have our hearty meal at Bali Strawberry farm.

Due to the development of tourism sector this area has been highly commercialized and you would need a ticket to enter this area. Entrance fee cost Rp 30,000 per person.

I can see why this is one of the most mesmerizing tourist spots for people to come here.

Sunset at Tanah Lot. You can see people crowding in and snapping pictures away, hoping to get that special moment when the sun is set.

The journey back to the Hotel from Tanah Lot was an hour plus due to the jam. The gals and I slept all the way back since we were exhausted.

We have our dinner in the hotel since we have complimentary meal voucher from the hotel package. What better way to kick back, relax and enjoy a movie on the rooftop with your friends.

Our dinner for the night. It was defiantly a hearty meal for all of us gals. ^^

That the end of my trip on day 4.
