Yume Cuisine 艺葉夢 @ Tropicana City Mall

My family and I often go to Yume Cuisine for dinner when we're in Tropicana City Mall. The food here is quite good and most of the time when we're here the place is often packed. We usually called up and reserve a table before we arrive so that we can avoid waiting for table. If you're not sure where the restaurant is, they are located right next to '3 little pigs and Big bad wolf' or opposites of 'Rakuzen'.

The ambiance of the Restaurant is simple frame designed with clean and comfortable atmosphere.

We often order the same dishes when we're here for dinner, such as....
Fu Yong Omelette Egg - Can't go wrong with this dish.^^

Chicken Wine - Tender and tasty.

Claypot Braised Pork

Fang Shi Miu (Sweet Potato Leaf) - Healthy dish to balance our meal.

Gui Fah Fish -  The fish is soft & tender and the sauce goes well with rice. What I like about this dish was that this dish is served without bone. Great for the kids...but still need to watch out though.

Special sweet and sour pork
This dish is quite unique cause this dish is served in a bowl of ice. I was quite sceptical to try this cause I find it unusual to have any meat to be served cold...especially with ice so I was reluctant to try it at first, thinking that the meat may turn out to be soggy. Surprisingly the meat is still crispy and it taste quite good (although it's cold). Highly recommend to try this.

Although it takes a while to place an order when the place is packed, surprisingly the meal was served in a short while after the order.

Judging by the picture below, you can see why we're often return back to Yume Cuisine. After all, the food here is excellent...although it may be a bit pricey.

  1. My daughter's favourite restaurant. In fact, we're in Yume right now. We love the sweet and sour pork on ice and the sizzling asam sotong.
