Be A Good Neighbour Coffee Kiosk @ Tokyo Solamachi

I was heading out to explore Tokyo when I came across 'Be A Good Neighbour Coffee Kiosk' that was located at Tokyo Solamachi.

The hotel that I was staying was located opposite of this shopping mall.

I came to know about this place when I passed by this coffee kiosk while exploring the shopping mall.

This coffee kiosk is hidden at the corner of the mall so you may missed this....unless you're taking the escalator up (depending which entrance you're coming from)

I like the simple concept of this place.

No worry about not understanding Japanese since there's an english menu (and possible due to the cafe is located in a shopping mall).

Ordered a large cup of cafe latte for take away.

Didn't wait long before got my cup of latte.
As always I need to take a shot of the coffee cup wherever I go.

I dropped by at this place 3 times while I was staying at the nearby hotel.
I get to spend some quiet time here after a long day of walking.

I didn't feel awkward sitting at the corner of the cafe alone and it was quite relaxing and just lose yourself at your thought (I usually feel awkward when eating/drinking alone in Japan...not sure why)

When I'm here I get to see Tokyo Skytree lighten up at night when I walked back to the hotel. Will update a post of the hotel I stayed at a late date :)

Breakfast / Brunch at Two Sons Bistro @ Solaris Dutamas, Publika

At the beginning buddy and I planned to head to The Red Beanbag for brunch but buddy mentioned that she had been there several times so I thought maybe we can try out the cafe at Two Sons Bistro.

The lunch specials looks good but since we came on a Sunday so this special was not applicable (bummer)

As always, to kick start the day we must have our coffee (a must).

Buddy have Barramundi Fish & Chips rather than her usual big breakfast. I guess she got tired of big breakfast and wanted to have something different for a change (I got to have some of her chips).

As for me it is non other than the 'Big Breakfast Platter'.
And oh boy, they were indeed 'BIG'!

One more picture before we 'attack' 😝

It was slightly after 2pm and the cafe was quiet by then so it was quite cozy to chill out.

Overall it was nice place to chill out with buddy. Not sure how busy it gets in the morning or any other day. We were here on a Sunday so we have a nice time catching up.

Jardin Coffee & Tee @ One Utama Shopping Centre

So the other day I met up with my bestie at One Utama for lunch. We wanted to find a quiet spot to chat since the restaurant we were at was a bit too noisy. We just happened to passed by Jardin Coffee & Tee while surveying around the mall. The cafe looks cozy and it look fairly new so I suggested to have our drinks here.

There were pasty and dessert here but since we finished our lunch a short while ago we wanted to have something to drink instead (the selection of cakes there didn't look too appetising).

Since we're in a shopping mall and the crowds are lesser on a weekday we thought we'll sit outside for a change.

When our drinks were served to our table I was hoping that my coffee will come in a paper cup (with their name on it). We were having our drinks there rather than take away so my coffee came in a mug instead. Overall the coffee was pretty decent and my friend enjoyed her mint tea.

Its a nice and cozy place to chill out. If you're interest to check out this place its located right next to Isetan so its easy to locate this cafe.

Taking A Break at Eight Ounce Coffee Co @ KLCC

Honestly I haven't been doing much of cafe hopping this year (as compared to last year) and I've been going out lesser than before. I must admit my life have been kinda boring since I started saving up for my travel trips. Anyhow, despite not able to check out new cafe every alternate week, I will treat myself a nice cup of coffee whenever I can (perhaps once or twice a month). In term of food, not much since I'm on a diet (except when I'm travelling).

A while back I met up with a friend of mine at KLCC. As always, we walked a lot when we go to the mall (mostly window shopping). We decided to take a break and have a drink at Eight Ounce Coffee Co.

I love this drawing that was at the corner of the cashier and took a picture of this.

It was around 4pm when we took our break here so the crowds were lesser as compared to lunch time.  The coffee wasn't that bad although my friend find her ice latte a bit too diluted. It was nice to chill out while we rest our aching feet at KLCC.

Stocking Up My Favourite Snacks...Irvis Salted Egg Fish Skin (Singapore)

My last two trips to Singapore I went and stack up my favourite snacks...and that is non other than Irvins Salted Egg Fish Skin.

I know that I can get them online locally such as Shopee but it costs RM36 for a small pack.

In Singapore I can get the small pack at SGD8/RM24 per pack (or SGD16/RM48 for the big pack). So if you're getting a lot more its defiantly worth getting these in Singapore (if you happen to be in Singapore). Since I was here for a short trip I decided to stack up these snacks.

I have heard that people tend to lined up as early before the shop open and they're usually sold out by noon. So I went early in the morning...around 10.30am to the branch at Orchard Gateway.

Green Tea Ice-Cream @ Matchaya (Singapore)

I love ice-cream but mostly I stick to Vanilla flavour. While I was in Singapore my friend decided to take me 'Matchaya' to try out their ice-cream.

My friends wanted to have dessert before dinner and I usually have mine after a meal (never before). Whenever we have dinner together we always end up skipping dessert so this round they thought its best to have dessert before our main meal 😅 Anyhow, we met up at Tanjong Pagar station before I was lead up to here.

Honestly I'm not really a fan of matcha ice-cream (I don't mind green tea as drink). So to keep it short, I ended sharing the ice cream with my friends instead (I knew that I wont be able to finish alone).

While my friend went and order their ice-cream, I just went to take some snap shots here and there.

Just a random post of my friend acting crazy in front of the camera while waiting.
Love this gal a lot, hope she wont kill me if she read this post 😛

We didn't wait long before the ice-cream were served. I've no idea what they order but since we're here so I'm certain they'll order matcha flavour.

And yes, I will always need a group shop of these before the we devoured them.

As always my friend Tracy must have her individual shot with the food 😆

I ate few spoons of them (since I wasn't really into them) but my friends seems to enjoy them a lot. Took a picture of their name card so you can check it out if you're a fan of matcha ice-cream.

To end this post, here is my friend posing another pic in front of the shop.
(She loves the ice-cream here so I guess she wants to promote them)
