The Benefits Of Coconut Oil

I've heard and read that there's benefit of consuming coconut oil. However, I was reluctant to try them because the thought of drinking 'oil' means extra 'fat' and 'oil' to my body. I mean when you think about it, the one thing you need is to add more oil (or fats) to your body. 

My good friend gave me a bottle of coconut oil to try. She was telling me how consuming coconut oil had helped her and her family. Since it was a gift from my friend I guess there's no harm trying. The main reason  I decided to give it a try cause it's suppose to help with weight loss. *Yup, I'm in the midst of dieting although most time I gave in to temptation*

Anyway, my friend advised me to consume one spoonful a day; preferable in the morning on an empty stomach. 

I was expecting the worst when I took it the first time...but surprisingly it wasn't that bad sine I found the flavour and the texture were pretty mild. 

I applied coconut oil on my hair as well. Apparently coconut oil helps to reduce hair loss and increase hair growth. I'm only in my early 30's but am already experiencing hair loss. I can't imagine being bald when I'm in my 40's >.< 

So far I've only used it once a week on my scalp and leave it on at least few hours before washing (massage the scalp for 5 minutes and leave it on at least 2 hours or more). My hair tend to be frizzy after washing but after applying it my hair turn out smoother. However it only last for a day before it become frizzy again after my next wash. 

So far I've only been consuming it for less than a month so I can't say there's any significant changes. I've only applied 3 times on my scalp and I can't say there's any improvement...yet. However I did see some improvement on my complexion and I have less breakout on my face. I'm prone of breakout when it's that time of the month and so far I've not seen much of it since consuming. 

Will I continue after finishing this bottle? The answer is yes. After reading all the benefits of coconut oil, I will continue consuming for the next few months. Will post another update in my later post. :)

Decided to do a short review on the No-sebum Mineral Powder from Innisfree. I bought this quite a while back when I was in Singapore earlier this year. I have oily and combination skin so it can be kinder bummed when having my pictures taken with a shiny face like mine.

My Review on Lennox Firm Up Plus Collagen Drink (Or Any Other Collagen Drink)

I have a hard time reviewing this and for a while I wondered whether I should write this review. After a while, I thought what the heck, I will give my most honest opinion and my thought of this drink...and any other collagen drink in the market. Before I begin, thought of making some comparison of the older version and the newer version on both Lennox Firm Up & Lennox Firm up PLUS Collagen Drink. Note that the new version comes with sachet packet. I find that the taste is much better as compared to the older version, taste sweeter actually. #grin (I love everything that is sweet)

Attached the following pictures to show you the difference between the older and the newer version of Lennox Collagen Drink.

I find that the older version of the colour is brownish in colour, while the newer version is more reddish in colour.

If you buy these new big bottle of Collagen drink, you'll find 24 sachets of Antioxidant / Whitening essence (Powder form) inside. The Firm Up Plus requires to pour one sachet into the bottle drink before drinking.

 As soon as I saw the sticker on the Star Newspaper I know I need to try these out.

My birthday is just around the corner and I'm so freaking out with the wrinkles on my face. =(

I guess it's high time I need to get myself some anti-wrinkles product....and soon!!!!

Driving in the City and Beauty Product Purchase "Prestige Preme D'escargot" from It's Skin at Sungai Wang

Seriously, driving down to the city the last couple of days were stressful. Everywhere was jammed and it took me more than an hour to go down to Sungai Wang. (>.<)

My purpose was to purchase these goodies from It's Skin in Sungai Wang. A friend of mine requested a favour to get one product for her on her behalf. In the end, I end up getting one for myself too. ^^

Drum roll.......it is 'Prestige Preme D'escargot'! Apparently this is selling hot cake and the best selling product in the store. Trust me, it's quite expensive for one box. It costs RM250!!! >.< 

My friend who has bad acne and dry skin told me that after trying this product for one month, her skin improve a lot and she felt that some of her scar had showed some improvement. 

As for me, after finishing this bottle, I find this product a bit too oily on my skin (I have combination/oily skin). >.<

Moisturizing & Repairing Foot Mask from Watsons

 Purchased this from Watsons.

 My foot was in need of pampering and decided to give this a try.

  

 This is what you get once you open it. Best to put in the fridge before using. Material of the foot mask is soft and feels like cotton cloth.

Cover your foot with the foot mask and plastic. Wait for 15 - 20 minutes before removing it. Thank god for the plastic, which enable me to walk around.

Overall it helps to moisturise my foot, especially my embarrassing dry and crack heels.

However you have to use it often if you want to see results.

Due to the condition of my extreme dry skin on my feet,

I have to go for a fortnightly pedicure session. >.<
