Sotetsu Fresa Inn Fujisawa-Minamiguchi Hotel - Trip to Enoshima & Kamakura

Throwback when I took a trip to Enoshima & Kamakura. Back then I stayed at Sotetsu Fresa Inn while traveled alone. I thought staying near the train station will be a better option.

At the time I was staying in a hotel near Kamata Station. I was still unfamiliar travelling around so wanted to stay near the train station which will be easier and convenient for me to go about, especially if one is travelling with a big suitcase.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn was only 2 to 3 minute's walk from the South Exit in Fujisawa Station on the JR Tokaido Line/ Odakyu Lines.

Since I've booked the room in advance so no problem at check-in counter.

Only 9 floors in the hotel.

At one glance you can see the whole room.
Although the room is small it's still cosy.

The bed is perfect for 1 person...but it may be a squeeze for 2 people though.

Bath additives, facial cleansers, tea bags and etc are available at the lobby for your convenience.

Great use of their aromatherapy salt bath after a long day. I used it for soaking after a long day of walking.

There's a convenient shop just right next to the hotel so I always grab my breakfast and snacks from there.

To take the Enoden Line, it's only a walking distance from the hotel. From the Fujisawa line, you can take a trip down to Enoshima and Kamakura.

Tokyo Trip 2019 (Day 1 to Day 3) - Sanrio Puroland, Ueno Park, Meiji Jingu, Happy Pancake, Ichiban Ramen, Disney Store & Henn Na Cafe

This trip has been planned over a year and its finally here! This round I'm traveling with my friend so loads of food adventure ahead. I suggested to my friend to fly via ANA since she has never taken Japan airline before.

This trip has been a long-awaited holiday for the two of us. We had been talking for years about going on a trip together and can't believe it's finally here.

We had our drinks at Starbucks since it was early. I guess we were kinda excited about this trip and came way too early to check-in.

In no time it was time to board our flight.

Beverages were served. Cheers to our trip :)

Thankfully it's a clear sunny day.

A Trip To Starbucks at Fugan Canal Kansui Park @ Toyama Japan

When I planned a trip to Kanazawa I had planned to take a trip down to Toyama because I wanted to check out the Starbucks at the Fugan Unga Kansui Park.

A trip here takes around 20 minutes train ride from Kanazawa Station to Toyama Station.
From Toyama Station is only 10 to 15 minutes walk.

Thankfully the weather is clear and sunny when we came here.
Since its spring the view and the surrounding here is just breathtaking.

Could have arrived earlier but got lost along the way when we took a bus from Toyama Station ๐Ÿ˜… If you're not sure how to go about the best way is to walk!

When we arrived at Starbucks there's already a long queue....which is form outside their store ๐Ÿ˜… While queuing thought of trying Strawberry Frappuccino but eventually stick to my usual drink instead.

Although it was sunny outside but when the wind blows it can get a bit chilly. Glad that we're able to get into the store to warm ourselves...and to check out their colourful tumbler.

My personal favourite is this design. Thought of getting this but change my mind since I have few tumblers at home.  Took a picture of this instead.

At one glance the inside of the store looks pretty crowded right? I thought there wouldn't be any seat for us after placing our order.

Turn out that many of them prefer to sit outside under the cherry tree. I can understand why because its a beautiful day to be sitting outside (but I still find it too cold for me and my friends).

My friend got us a seat near the window while I went to get our drinks.

I got to say...the service here is excellent even though its crowded.

Having our brunch while overlooking the Fugan Canal and the Bridge Tower.

Such a gorgeous view.

Cheers to a beautiful sunny day.

We skipped going up to the Tenmonkyo Bridge Tower and took several pictures before heading back to the station. I'm glad that I'm able to take a trip here with my friend.

Below is a video of thesurrounding.
A lovely sunny day to have a picnic under the cherry blossom tree.

Be A Good Neighbour Coffee Kiosk @ Tokyo Solamachi

I was heading out to explore Tokyo when I came across 'Be A Good Neighbour Coffee Kiosk' that was located at Tokyo Solamachi.

The hotel that I was staying was located opposite of this shopping mall.

I came to know about this place when I passed by this coffee kiosk while exploring the shopping mall.

This coffee kiosk is hidden at the corner of the mall so you may missed this....unless you're taking the escalator up (depending which entrance you're coming from)

I like the simple concept of this place.

No worry about not understanding Japanese since there's an english menu (and possible due to the cafe is located in a shopping mall).

Ordered a large cup of cafe latte for take away.

Didn't wait long before got my cup of latte.
As always I need to take a shot of the coffee cup wherever I go.

I dropped by at this place 3 times while I was staying at the nearby hotel.
I get to spend some quiet time here after a long day of walking.

I didn't feel awkward sitting at the corner of the cafe alone and it was quite relaxing and just lose yourself at your thought (I usually feel awkward when eating/drinking alone in Japan...not sure why)

When I'm here I get to see Tokyo Skytree lighten up at night when I walked back to the hotel. Will update a post of the hotel I stayed at a late date :)
