Birthday Celebration at Hee Lai Ton Restaurant @ Section 13, Petaling Jaya

Last night we celebrated my dad and cousin's birthday at Hee Lai Ton Restaurant, which is located at Section 13 in PJ. It was our first visit so it was a bit confusing at the beginning since the restaurant was located in a new building (near Plaza 33). Thankfully my cousin came here before and she had informed us earlier to take a lift up to the fifth floor. 

When we stepped out from the lift, we thought we may have gone to the wrong floor as the place look more like a hallway instead of restaurant. Thankfully there were signboard and signage to show that we're at the right place. 

Noted that the restaurant details on the tissue does not match on the location where we are.

Tea Bags from UK - Teapigs

Bestie bought these goodies all the way from UK. I was surprised she bought 5 different packs for me although I remembered I only requested lemon & ginger. ^^ 

Look forward trying the super fruit and green tea since I've tried the lemon & ginger and chamomile at Epicuro.....although I'm not too sure about the spiced winter red tea though. Big thanks to Sally for the gift. :)

Dragon-I Restaurant @ One Utama Shopping Centre

My friend and I often have meals in cafe or western cuisines and decided to have Chinese food for a change. After a stroll in the shopping mall, my friend and I made our way to Dragon-I for dinner. 

We came around 6.30pm on a Saturday to avoid the crowds. Since it was early we were able to get a table for 2 without waiting. The restaurant is often packed after 7 or 8pm.

While waiting for our food to be served, we have Chrysanthemum flower for tea....something different for a change than our usual english tea/coffee/soft drinks. 

My friend have Szechuan La Mian with Assorted Seafood in Hot and Sour Soup (RM15). I tried one bite and the spiciness is quite bearable, not as hot as I thought it would be. My friend enjoyed this a lot although its not for me since it taste a bit sourish. 

Dinner at 'Serai' @ Jaya Shopping Centre

A while back my family and I went to 'Serai' for dinner.

It was our first visit here and the restaurant looks pretty classy.

The pictures on the menu looks so appetising. 

Quite tempted to try most of them. 

Same goes with the cakes at the front counter too. 

My aunt ordered Fish & Chips under the kids section since she wasn't hungry at the time.
