House Of MinaLima; A Pop-Up Store Featuring Harry Potter & Fantastic Beast in Tokyo

Happened to be roaming at the shopping center when I came across this pop up shop in Tokyo Solamachi (at the base of Tokyo Skytree)

The wall outside of the pop up store was plaster with Harry Potter & Fantastic Beast poster. So you can guess its pretty much related to this 2 movies.

The pop-up is essentially a miniature version of MinaLima’s shop in London.

Disney Store Tokyo Sky Tree Town Soramachi

Wanted to share a cute store while I was in Tokyo....and that is the Disney Store! I know there's one in Shibuya but I went to the one at Tokyo Sky Tree Town Soramachi. I didn't know about it until I passed by the store while roaming around the mall.

I love anything that is Disney related (as well as Sanrio), but I rarely buys them because I knew that I will end up keeping them in their original packaging.

Sesame Street at The Starling Mall @ Damansara Uptown

Look who's in town!

Welcome to Sesame Street at The Starling Mall.

Love the decoration of sesame street character at the mall, including the pop-up store.

And there's a claw machine for those who wished to try their luck to win a plush toy.

Grew up watching the show when I was young.
Defiantly bought back some good old memories.

At the corner of the mall there's a huge inflated balloon of Elmo.
(I think its a balloon 😅)

One last shot of the decoration from the first floor.

I actually like these kind of cute themed of decoration in the mall.
If you're wondering, there're Sesame Street merchandise available.
Do drop by and check it out yourself :)

Overnight Stay In Tokyo (Near Haneda Airport) - Hotel Mystays Haneda

Whenever I take a flight to Tokyo the arrival is usually late at night. Previously I had stayed overnight in Haneda airport and First Cabin to save on the accommodation.

My recent trip however I was not able to book a room in First Cabin (it was fully booked) and since I was travelling alone I decided to stay in a hotel which is closer to the airport.

There were few hotels nearby and eventually decided to stay at Hotel Mystays Haneda.
Took the free shuttle bus from the bus terminal to the hotel.
